Sugar is bad for a countless number of reasons. One of the most significant reasons is that it is addictive. Which means it is hard to control how much you consume. Combine that with the fact that it is in so much of the food that you eat, especially the foods that are not good for you now it is in abundance and it’s cheap. It comes in so many forms and names such as dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, sucrose, glucose, etc… so it is disguised even to people who will take the time to look for it.

But the question is not whether sugar is bad or not.  It is whether YOU feel it is bad for You.  That’s what matters.
