You are a Champion

It’s easy to beat yourself up when you make some choices that end up costing you in one way or another.   We all make mistakes.  If you are out making moves and trying to get ahead, you will make mistakes.  It’s a part of life and learning.  Find out what you can and keep pushing forward. It is important to remain calm and not panic so that you can think things through.

Here are 5 thoughts to consider for moving forward

  1.  What can you do to recover?  Make a plan for action and take it.
  2. What can you do to avoid a repeat?  Make a mental note about what not to do.  (Better yet write it in your journal)
  3. What can you learn to assist in reaching your goals?  (Get the tools, skills, or knowledge, lessons to use going forward)
  4. Who can you network with to form a mutually beneficial relationship in your pursuits of moving forward? (Join groups of like minded)
  5. Who can you make an accountability partner to help you stay on course?  (Enlist a support friend to make sure you stay on course)

Also something that many don’t consider…find ways to release that pressure or keep down any stress that you might have.  Meditation, breathing techniques, working out and Yoga can help with that.  Surrounding yourself with positive helps as well.
